It is a natural Sparking wine made according to the "Charmat Method", through a secondary fermentation which occurs in specially designed tanks by adding natural yeasts. The base wine, the inimitable Aglianico, dry and robust, is mildened by the sparkling process and the final product is a wrapping wine showing fine, fairly long-lasting bubbles, smooth on the palate, fruity on the nose (red fruit) and of vivid pink colour. Pleasant as an aperitif, it makes perfect match with food, including fried dishes.

This sparkling wine is produced from the timeless Greco, a wine as ancient as Campania. The sparkling process occurs in autoclaves according to the "Long Charmat" method. Straw yellow with greenish hints, elements of peach on the nose and yeasty aroma, it has the floral Greco stile with almonds character, good balance and finesse. It is charming as an aperitif and comfortably matches with fine food.

It is a valuable white sparkling wine made from the base wine Fiano (cf. the Grapes: Fiano di Avellino DOCG for the origin of the vine). The grapes must be selected before reaching the full maturation in order to keep high acidity which acts as a protection in the absence of sulphur dioxide, in the course of its transformation into sparkling wine. The sparkling process occurs according to the "Long Charmat" method through a refermentation in autoclaves. It is well known that such method can turn out excellent in short times if applied to naturally fresh and fruity wines, and the Fiano naturally fresh and fruity graces this wine with elegance and intense notes of fruit. Of straw yellow colour, dry with moderate sweetness, it is mainly drunk with cakes, cookies, fruit salads and biscuits, yet it is a joy served with fish dishes.
