It is a natural Sparking wine made according to the "Charmat Method", through a secondary fermentation which occurs in specially designed tanks by adding natural yeasts. The base wine, the inimitable Aglianico, dry and robust, is mildened by the sparkling process and the final product is a wrapping wine showing fine, fairly long-lasting bubbles, smooth on the palate, fruity on the nose (red fruit) and of vivid pink colour. Pleasant as an aperitif, it makes perfect match with food, including fried dishes.
