Green Tea "Special Gunpowder"
The most widely-drunk green tea in the world, combining a fresh, light flavour with health-giving properties.
The original name, meaning “tea pearls” refers to the appearance of the closely rolled leaves.

Preparation: 2/3 grams in 200cc of water at a temperature of 80°. Leave in infusion for 2/3 minutes.
Pairings: Ideal with almond paste sweetmeats and dried fruit, but also with fish, chicken with lemon and Camembert.
