Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged at over 25 years in precious wooden barrels. Characterized by a mature, harmonic taste, an armonic, intense perfume, high density.
Ingredients: 100% cooked grape must (variety: Trebbiano and Lambrusco)
Size: 100 ml glass bottle designed by Giorgietto Giugiaro, box of the Consortium of producers “Antiche Acetaie”, dosing cork “TIC” and recipes book.
Uses: To be used raw, in little drops on all type of food, especially on cheeses, Parmesan cheese slices, fresh strawberries, desserts, vanilla ice cream or refined cocktails.
An original proposal: our Extravecchio in the refined cocktail “Antico Mosto”: 3.5cl Brachetto Terre Filari, 3cl Magique Noir, 0,5cl Extra Old Vinegar, ice.
