Originating from France, Chardonnay has already been cultivated in South Tyrol for more than 100 years. The vines thrive on warm sites around Bolzano, and yield elegant and balanced wines with a pleasantly incorporated acidity and floral as well as tropical notes.

Vinification: Gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel; maturation in stainless steel to keep the wine perfectly fresh and crisp.
