Being part of the noble Pinot family, Pinot Grigio is one of the most elegant whites. As one of the most popular Italian white wines, you can also find it in South Tyrol. When grown in the subalpine climate, Pinot Grigio obtains a smoky aroma with a lightly stronger acidity. A strong character, full and mellow, with a warmly floral perfume.

Cultivating area: Bolzano and Renon; warm alluvium and gravel
Harvest date: Early to mid-September
Vinification: Gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel; maturation in stainless steel keeps the fresh and crisp.
