KB GOL
Moscato Giallo or Goldmuskateller, is one of Italy’s indigenous grape varieties and was brought to South Tyrol presumably in 15 BC. Mostly used to create sweet wines, this one offers a rarely seen dry version of its kind.

Harvest date: Late September until mid-October
Vinification: Gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Color: Straw yellow with green hints
Aroma: Subtle nutmeg note, scents of citrus and apricot
Flavor: Elegant and fresh. Well-incorporated acidity and light mineral notes.
