MINCED SUMMER BLACK TRUFFLE (Tuber Aestivum) Excellent condiments to be used on any hot dishes. You are advised to apply it in the correct dose at the end of the cooking in order not to alter the flavour of the dish. They go very well with vol-au-vents and fondue. It gives a delicious aroma also to minced meat, raw meat salad (Gypsy style) together with oil and lemon. In all first dishes without condiment: rice, tagliatelle, spaghetti, gnocchi, agnolotti, cappelletti, ecc.
