Ageing: at least four months in stainless steel vats and few months in bottle

Aroma: intense and persistent with hints of citrus fruits, peach, jasmine
Taste: dry, fresh and aromatic
Alcohol content: 12.5 % vol.
Best with: ideal with hors d'oeuvre, with fish dishes and as aperitif
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.
