Frascatio Doc Superiore Terre dei Grifi 75 cl Fontana Candida Inspired by the name of the noble family of DeGrifi, owners since the 11th century of land which is now included in the most acclaimed area of production for Frascati. After the vinification of the grapes by the white wine method the young must ferments for two weeks upon the addition of a "pied de cuve" (starter). The wine then develops in steel tanks. It has a full bouquet with a distinct fragrance of wild flowers and exotic fruits and a dry but fresh and lively flavour with an elegant , fruity, lingering aftertaste.| Category | White Wines |
