Cannellino Frascati Elite Docg 75 cl Fontana Candida The grapes picked during the second half of October, thanks to the prolonged exposure to the sun and to the special nature of the soil, turn out to have a high sugar content. The young must ferments slowly, at a temperature which never exceeds 18°, until late November, a time when the fermentation is interrupted to leave 45gr/lt residual sugar in the wine. The quality of the grapes and the special treatment enable the production of a wine with an elegant touch of sweetness such as to make it suitable for matching with the typical dry pastries.| Category | White Wines |
