Durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.5%, flavour, salt. The cooking time of the pasta is 6 minutes. Due to its particular porosity, this kind of pasta retains any kind of sauce very well. It is excellent with butter, parmesan and truffle shavings.
