Food affinities: Great matching with ‘antipasto’starters, seafood and fish dishes, fried fish from the Naple's Gulf, meats and delicate cheeses.
Note: The accurate selection of the grapes Falanghina and choice of the cuvèe destined to the secondary fermentation confer to this foamy the full harmony of perfumes and the refined bouquet that countersign it.
