Through the expert use of discontinuous stills the Bonollo Master Distillers made it to extract the most characteristic aromas from the pomace of Aglianico and created the Bonollo Grappa Of Aglianico: it’s a very soft grappa, displaying fresh red fruits aromas and gentle floral notes.
