The gianduja version of Chocoviar 75%. Like Chocoviar 75%, Chocoviar Crème Cacao is coated and embellished with pearls of "Chocoviar", a dark chocolate granella with an intense and persistent flavour. The sweet gianduja filling is covered in two layers of dark chocolate, 75% and 56%, and then topped with Chocoviar granella. The distinctive filling of Chocoviar Crème Cacao stands out from the other version of the Chocoviar line: toasted hazelnuts are processed into a soft paste and mixed with sweet milk chocolate for a smooth and fragrant gjanduja cream.
The gianduja filling melts in the mouth, thanks to the olive oil and cocoa butter, and dampens the intensity of the dark chocolate, making Chocoviar Crème Cacao the ideal chocolates for those who love the famous Round and Gentle hazelnut variety of Piedmont.
The assortment is packed in a transparent bag and contains 5 chocolates (each chocolate weighs about 19/20 g).
