CRA SIR
From the name that identified the Agro Stabiano, Equano and Sorrentino near Strabone, Sireo of the Abbey of Crapolla is obtained from the vineyards of Falanghina and Fiano planted on the sand and lapilli plains that surround the grancia of the Abbey suspended between sky and sea.
Its color changes from the bright straw yellow of youth to a luminous golden in the slow evolution: thus the fruity-mineral scents of white apple and lemongrass acquire smoky and aromatic complexity over time. Shoulder of great acidic power that makes the alcohol content, over the years always around 13.5 °, in perfect balance with structure and body from a white of great texture without ever being the main trait.
Very long finish and great sebability. Perfect companion of fresh cheeses, including blue cheeses, fish and seafood of great personality, white meats and grilled vegetables with rich seasonings.
