Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 3 stars
The 3-star Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a condiment made from selected grape must and wine vinegar , aged in 12 cherry barrels of 60 and 20 litres.
It is characterized by a balanced, soft, enveloping and full flavour. The 3-star Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI stands out from other products for its intense black colour, which is brilliant and clear at the same time. It has an elegant and harmonious scent that involves and conquers.
Ingredients :
Cooked Lambrusco grape must (30%)
Trebbiano Montanaro (15%)
Trebbiano di Spagna (15%)
Aged Wine Vinegar (40%)
It is a 100% artisanal product obtained without caramel . Maximum acidity of 6% . Contains Natural Sulphites which are formed during the normal fermentation of cooked must. By aging in small wooden barrels the product may present a sediment.
In the kitchen :
Omelettes, omelettes and risottos, gourmet salads. It goes very well with fish, seafood appetizers, grilled shellfish and white meats.
