Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Extra Old is a very delicate vinegar produced in an artisanal manner and strictly complies with the Production Regulations which require a minimum aging of 25 years . It presents itself in an elegant way thanks to the typical bottle, spherical in shape with a rectangular base in solid glass, designed exclusively by the designer Giugiaro. Using this type of bottle for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is mandatory for all producers, as it is required by the Production Regulations.
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Extra Old is a true nectar produced in small quantities and subjected to strict controls by the Consortium for the Protection of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar .
Ingredients :
It is a 100% artisanal product. Maximum acidity of 6%. Contains Natural Sulphites which are formed during the normal fermentation of cooked must. By aging in small wooden barrels the product may present a sediment.
