Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 4 Stars
The 4 Star Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a condiment made from selected grape must and wine vinegar , aged in 16 juniper barrels of 60 and 20 litres.
Its flavor is round and structurally complex with persistent tannic notes. The 4 Star Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI has an intense and brilliant black colour, a strong fragrance and a delicate balance between softness and freshness.
Ingredients :
Cooked Lambrusco grape must (30%)
Ancellotta (30%)
Aged Wine Vinegar (40%)
It is a 100% artisanal product obtained without caramel. Maximum acidity of 6%. Contains Natural Sulphites which are formed during the normal fermentation of cooked must. By aging in small wooden barrels the product may present a sediment.

The 4 Star Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is particularly suitable for meats with a significant fat content, grilling, direct heat, hot smoking, intense seasoning, always as a finish, never during cooking. It is paired with game, game and roasts in general, with spicy or spicy cheeses.
