Grape production area Ischia. The vineyards belonging to regular grape suppliers of Casa D'Ambra are located in Fiaiano (administratively belonging to Barano d'Ischia) and Serrara Fontana. They are located at an average elevation of 200-300 m above sea level with a north-east-easterly exposure.
Grapes Per'e' Palummo, Guarnaccia.
Production technique Traditional red vinification with a 5 to 10-day maceration, ageing and maturing in bottles.
Colour Intense ruby red colour.
Bouquet Winy and delicate bouquet.
Palate Rich, powerful palate.
Alcoholic gradation 12,5% Vol.
To be served at 18/20° C.
Best with Grilled or roasted red meat, herb or fermented cheese.
