Organoleptic analysis: extremely deep ruby red with garnet reflections. Visually compact with a remarkable olfactive impact that immediately reveals great complexity with notes that range from fruit, such as sour cherry and prune jam, to spicy and toasty notes. In the mouth it is full and supple supported by an evident acidity and by elegant tannins. Long persistence with a range of ripe fruit and jam sensations that subsequently evolve into toasty notes of coffee and of cocoa. This wine can be matched with rich and elaborate dishes such as braised meat, stews, game, seasoned cheese.
