The donnalaura is the emblem of the place of origin of Falanghina, Montesarchio, with two biotypes, one known now all over the Campania and another rare, exuberant, and with great acidity.
Winemaking
Maceration cold pre. Soft pressing and temperature controlled fermentation. Partial malolactic fermentation. Ageing 6 months in oak barrels and the next in the bottle.
Organoleptic description
Color yellow with honeyed. Perfumes long flower but, according to the citation Lua Maroni, who has awarded best white wine of Italy driving Yearbook of the best wines of Italy.
Notes: The label is the tiled floor designed by the ceramist century Giustiniani in the family farm. Donnalaura is dedicated to Laura Abbot, grandmother of the current owner.
