The Italian Grape Ale of the Sorrento Brewery need to be primarily beer. The must usage has to improve our product adding more features. The Opis beer matches perfectly this philosophy by favoring beer's fresheness to the wine strength.
The low alcoholic content ant the easy drinkability make Opis relaxing with an extra peculia feature. The pale colour, the clarity and the not intrusive winy perfumes help the Opis to be the beer we intended to produce.
