Cook four skewers with no smoke and without getting the microwave dirty
Get out of your routine and prepare some traditional pincho moruno meat skewers or skewers with meat, fish, vegetables … in the microwave and steam-cooked, so they preserve and enhance the flavour of the ingredients, cooking them and presenting them in the same container with a fun design.

The word “brochette” is French for skewer but in Spain the word “brocheta” has been used more than “pincho” to refer to a skewer to avoid confusing it with the synonym of tapas, also called “pinchos”, which need not involve a skewer being inserted into food.

The skewers or brochettes can bring us closer to many parts of the world based on the seasonings or sauces that we might use to enhance them so, for example, chicken can go with Indian curry, Chinese soy sauce or Greek tzatziki sauce, South American chimichurri sauce, etc.
