Produced for the first time in 2000, the young and dynamic Santa Maria Morellino di Scansano is a fresh, soft, fruity wine, perfect for every occasion.
Organoleptic Notes: Santa Maria 2020 has a beautiful, radiant ruby-red colour. The elegant and wide-ranging bouquet reveals aromas typical of the Sangiovese variety. The nose begins with hints of red fruit, such as red currant and wild strawberry, which combine perfectly with the delicate spices and notes of violet flower. It is vibrant, fresh and pleasantly silky on the palate. The overall result is balanced and persistent. It ends, once more, with hints of small red fruits and very pleasant spiced notes.
Wine pairing: Stewed meats such as rabbit or chicken, but also great with medium-aged cheese.
