Red wine produced with Aglianico grapes only.
The bunches are picked by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. 50% of the wine, after the fermentation, matures in wood barrels for 6 months, 50% in stainless steel tanks.

Appearance: ruby red with purple tones.
Nose: very intense flavours of cocoa powder, tobacco and fresh fruit such as mulberry and prune along with balsamic notes.
Palate: firm but ripe tannins enrich the fresh alcoholic structure and a solid savouriness.

Food pairing: ideal for the barbecue and roasted meats of all typology.
Dishes to be paired pasta with tuna sauce, home made pasta with mushrooms, roasted meat, roasted sausage with fennel, annelletti pasta with meat sauce and ricotta cheese, eggplant rolls.
