A selection of the Minucciola cultivar from the Gulf of Sorrento becomes an evo oil with a sweet and sweet taste, like a harmony with strong notes of aromatic herbs.

The main variety used is the “Minucciola”. The extra virgin olive oil has a straw yellow color, has a delicate but very particular fruity characterized by hints of rosemary, mint and lemon typical of the Sorrento Peninsula.

The taste is sweet and delicate with a low intensity bitter and spicy that create a sweet harmony with the strong notes of aromatic herbs.
