DISTILLATION: The white wine, obtained from the must, is distilled with alembic still Charentais twice: in the first cooked one gets the brouillis which has an alcoholic strength around 28 ° -32 °, while in the second one, the bonne chauffe, the distillate arrives to reach 70-72 °. Afterwards the brandy is subjected to an aging period in French Limousin oak barrels, with a capacity ranging from 300 to 500 liters.
AGING: Minimum 3 years in French oak barrels.
COLOR: Amber yellow
BOUQUET: Floral and fresh fruit scents
TASTE: Very sensual, characterized by great finesse and elegance. Thanks to the methods used, despite his youth, delicate and harmonious notes emerge
