The Controne bean is a very particular bean thanks to its flavor. It is sweet, but salty .. It is delicate, but full-bodied. It is a mix of flavors, an explosion of taste! It also has a very thin, almost impalpable skin and is therefore highly digestible. It does not need to soak and does not have a long cooking time. It is the particularity, the flagship of Controne, whose area has allowed its cultivation, having an ideal microclimate and a soil rich in water from the numerous springs in the area itself.
Thanks to these characteristics, it can be combined with any dish and various types of wine, both red and white.
