Terroir: clayey and sandy on a limestone layer, small rocks

Harvest: hand-picked

Vinification: traditional fermentaion in stainless steel vats with temperature control.

Maturation: 12-14 months in barriques

Colour: deep garnet red

Aroma characteristics: black berry aromas, of primarily cherries and blackberries, together with a touch of spice

Flavour Characteristics: full and generous on the palate, structured by delicate, silky tannins, coated in fresh, juicy fruit. The delicately integrated oak accompanies the full flavoured, lingering finish
