At the beginning of the 1900s, a chestnut grove was cleared, to make room for the still productive vineyard of Tintore and a small part of Piedirosso.
Vineyards cultivated on hills at 550m asl, at a density of 1600 plants per hectare.
The average age of the vines is 50/60 years, manual harvest in the third 10 days of October.
