Fiano di Avellino DOCG is produced with Fiano grapes coming from the Fonzone estate located in San Potito Ultra at 500 m a.s.l.
The pedoclimatic vocation of the production area, and the careful work in the vineyard, guarantee grapes that are pure expression of the territory.
The vinification is aimed at preserving the aromatic integrity of the grape variety. The wine obtained is distinguished by elegance and delicacy of scents, among which fresh flowers, aromatic herbs and Mediterranean notes stand out.
The taste is characterized by a pleasant freshness and a good persistence.

VINIFICATION: the grapes are hand-picked and carefully transported to the winery in small perforated crates, then they are selected and softly pressed. The fermentation is carried out at low temperature and lasts for about a month. The wine is aged in stainless steel for five months, with periodical bâtonnage.
CHARACTERISTICS: straw yellow color with green hues, is characterized by delicate floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of citrus, orange blossom, lime, almond paste. The taste is fresh and balanced, viscous and very persistent.
PAIRINGS: ideal for seafood aperitifs, oysters, fish, grilled vegetables.
