Steam distilled grappa. Complex and intriguing on the palate, grappa marries the bottle after a stay in wood for at least twelve months.
Color: Very intense golden yellow.
Nose: Clear, fragrant with hints of toasted hazelnut, vanilla, raisins, candied fruit.
Palate: Soft and round where the enveloping notes of alcohol and those, pleasantly astringent, characteristics of wood are in perfect balance. The finish reserves delicate nuances of hazelnut and tropical fruit.
This Grappa is produced by the first Zero Impact distillery. The carbon dioxide emitted during its distillation is offset by the creation of new forest in Costa Rica.
