Ingredients: type "0" wheat flour, eggs, whey, vegetable margarine, malt, flavorings, sugar, salt, natural yeast.
Preparation of the alcoholic syrup: fill a saucepan with water, add sugar and the peel of a lemon cut into thin strips; bring to the boil. Once cooled, add the rum or limoncello and wet the babà several times.
