CDV JPM CHA
Blend: 50% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir
Proportions: 6 g/l
The grapes forming the base of this blend come from vineyards that have been cultivated in an environmentally-friendly manner. The label for integrated winemaking, which sets guidelines which must be respected, guaranties a healthy production, essential for good vinification.
Vinification without malolactic fermentation gives the wine a fruity, aromatic character with a long length on the palate and tiny consistent bubbles; characteristic of high quality champagne.
This wine has received the gold medal in wine competition of the Foire de Paris in 2012.
