Vinification and aging: the bunches, collected by hand and placed in crates, then are quickly transported to the nearby cellar and directly pressed. The decanted must is sent to fermentation at controlled temperature, partly in steel and partly in used barrels.
Organoleptic characteristics: the color is cherry red with coral red shades. It is characterized by a very intense aroma of strawberry and fresh grass. The taste is powerful but not intrusive, savory entrance to the palate.
Pairings: pasta with meat sauce, pork and lamb stews with potatoes.
