THE IDEA: Casa D’Ambra has created another wine. Leninfe is an accurate selection of grapes, made by Andrea and Sara D’Ambra. This wine is fascinating and it has character and elegance. It’s a young white wine, easy to approach, understand and even easy to drink.
WHY LENINFE: In the Greek mythology “ Le ninfe ” (the nymphs) are young girls who represent the force of nature, its protection and fertility. We have chosen this name to honor the women who work at Casa D’Ambra, into the entire wine and agriculture world.
Grapes Falanghina, Malvasia di Candia, Greco, Trebbiano.
Production technique Traditional white vinification with cold decantation and thermally- controlled fermentation, storing and bottling.
Colour straw yellow and golden hues.
Bouquet Ripe fruit and herbs.
Palate Dry and harmonious.
Alcoholic gradation 12% Vol.
To be served at 12° C.
Pairing: Vegetarian food, pasta with basil pesto, spicy ethnic food, sushi.
