Colomba Classica is the leavened cake that cannot be missed during the Easter holidays.
We selected the best raw materials to obtain a unique product: Normandy butter, eggs from free-range hens, the precious Madagascar vanilla and the exquisite candied orange and lemon peels, carefully processed by the pastry chef Anna Belmattino in Forno Gentile laboratory. A delicate icing of hazelnut flour, sugar and almonds completes the famous cake.
