Potato Gnocchi are a typical basic preparation of Italian cuisine; a mixture of boiled potatoes, egg and flour. They usually are hand made with a rounded shape and variable size: small gnocchi usually smooth, or larger than the classic striped Gnocchi. Cook them in boiling water until they come in the surface and then season with our porcini mushrooms sauce or white truffle butter. With a final touch of Parmesan they are a real goodness!
