VARIETIES: Moscato bianco
DESCRIPTION: The white Moscato, which is very typical of the region where Banfi Piemonte is located, in the southern Piedmont, makes this spumante. Straw yellow color, very fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is typical of Moscato, sage and peach blossoms create an intense and unmistakable scent. In the mouth sweetness and vivacity are in perfect balance.
Typical dessert spumante. Excellent pairing with dry pastries and hazelnut cake typical of Piedmont.
